The Web Science mailing list is a low-volume email list for individuals at Georgia Tech to exchange information and discuss topics related to web science. Event announcements, interesting news items and general discussions about web science are all welcome.

Web Science Tea Meetings

Web Science Teas are an informal way to keep in touch with web science research at Georgia Tech. The meetings generally feature a short presentation about on-going work which is followed by a general discussion. They are held on Fridays 1:00-2:00pm, several times a semester; the location varies between TSRB and the Klaus building. Tea and dessert are provided. All are welcome!

Web Science Tea: Information Reputation, Ratings, and Recommendation on the Web

We would like to invite you to our third Web Science Tea Meeting (with cookies, of course), this Friday, April 4, 1-2pm, at TSRB 223. Nick Diakopoulos will lead the discussion this week. He will be presenting parts from his research on collaborative information quality evaluation and analysis mechanisms for online media.
